The use of the Kidilist mobile application and website (hereinafter "the Application") implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of service described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time.

1. Presentation of the service

Kidilist allows parents to create profiles for their children, build gift wish lists (by adding web links, AI-recognized photos, or free text), and share these lists with their relatives. Guests can view these lists and "reserve" gifts to avoid duplicates during events (birthdays, Christmas, etc.). The Application is accessible for free.

2. Account creation and management

To use the list creation features, the User must create an account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. AppnDigital cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a breach of this security obligation.

3. User obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Not use the Application for illegal purposes or purposes prohibited by these Terms of Service.
  • Not upload content (photos, texts) that is violent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of third parties (including copyrights and image rights).
  • Guarantee that they have parental authority or the necessary authorization to create a minor's profile on the Application.

4. Limitation of liability

Kidilist acts solely as a technical intermediary allowing the management of gift lists. Kidilist does not sell products directly and cannot be held responsible for any issue arising during the purchase of a gift on a third-party merchant site referenced or suggested in the Application (delivery delay, defective product, payment). The image recognition AI is provided for informational purposes and may occasionally misidentify a product reference.

5. Affiliate links and Partnerships

The Application may offer links to partner merchant sites. Some of these links may be affiliate links (Kidilist receives a commission if the User makes a purchase via this link). This in no way impacts the purchase price for the User.

6. Applicable law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
